ANOTHER DINNER IS POSSIBLE is a unique two in one cook book and guidebook featuring over 250 recipes for food that's simple but full of flavour, and cheap but tasty!... Plus articles and guides to reconnecting with the food we eat, how food affects us on all levels of our lives, and some things we can do to develop a better relationship to it.

All recipes are written for 2 to 6 people but there is information about cooking on a large scale and recipes that are suitable for this are indicated throughout. The book is printed on high quality glossy recycled paper and is wire bound so stays flat on your work top whilst cooking. Illustrated throughout.

This second edition co-published with AK Press has been corrected and updated and made American friendly with cup measurements addes.

I bought this book from the Vegan Society, by mail order, and it is my absolute favourite. Because the anarchist teapot is non profit making, its cheap too. My husband, a non-vegan, enjoys using it more than our other books (and does something from it every Wednesday, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow). Something about it is welcoming and approachable. Our favourite so far is the sweet potato and peanut stew, but last weeks Bean and Apple stew was pretty good. It contains much, much more than just stew - I think we've had a lot of stew lately because it just feels like stewy weather (ie; cold wet and windy!)
I gave this book as a present to someone else, and she loves it now too. And non-vegan friends have borrowed it.
