Our postage calculator isn't always 100% accurate so bear with us, and where if it's really off we will refund you the difference!

Mail does sometimes go missing on its way to customers, there is not much we can do about it but we also can't afford to resend things - we aren't a big corporation, and we keep our mark ups low to keep prices low! We will not refund or replace missing orders. If you would like more assurance or for us to replace lost items, you can pay an extra £1.50 (in the UK only) for Recorded Signed For. This gives the following benefits;

If your order goes missing in the post we will replace it, only if you pay for this service! You can buy this service by clicking on the 'signed for' shop item.

We can't offer actual tracking when sending via royal mail.
